This morning when I came downstairs for breakfast my two year old daughter, (who’s extremely cute and beautiful) shouts “My Daddy!”, runs to me to be picked up. When I lift her up to give her a hug she procedes to kick me in the crotch. Not in a mean way… it was an accident, but it happened none the less.
There’s a part of me that wonders if this is some sort of metaphor for parenthood.

Sources close to the Admiral have confirmed that Engadget Editor in Chief Joshua Topolsky has not in fact resigned because of the “AOL Way”. The real reasons are far more sinister. Sources closely involved in the situation have told us that Topolsky has been growing mentally unstable over the last few months. Apparently after a recent Engadget Podcast making a reference to the Christian Slater film Pump Up the Volume, Topolsky has insisted on doing the podcast “naked wearing only a cockring”.

With this information at hand the resignation of senior editor Nilay Patel makes perfect sense to the Admiral.
